No, pets are not allowed.

Should the reservation be cancelled at least 60 days in advance of your arrival date, the Tenant will be entitled to a refund of the entire amount paid with the submittal of their executed Reservation Confirmation, less the registration fee.  However, should the Tenant cancel their reservation less than 60 days in advance of arrival, the Tenant will forfeit the entire amount paid with the submittal of their executed Reservation Confirmation, unless the Agent is able to rent the same unit to another party (for the same dates at full price), in which case the Tenant will receive a full refund, less the registration fee. We cannot offer refunds for late check ins, early departures, man made disasters or for ACTS OF GOD such as; inclement weather, rain, wind, red tide and non mandatory evacuations. 

Check-In time is 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. – Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures may permitted with approval of Management.  If granted all guest will be charged one half (1/2) days stay for an early arrival or late departure plus applicable sales tax. Please notify the rental office if arriving between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Arrivals after 12:00 (Midnight) not permitted without prior approval.

To confirm a reservation, 50% of the total balance must be paid, including the Registration Fee. The remaining balance will be due no later then 60 days prior to the arrival date. If your remaining balance due is not paid in full 60 days prior to arrival, the reservation may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Payments can be made by credit card, personal check, or traveler’s checks (denominated in U.S. dollars only).
