Rates

Rate Basis:
Rates based on four person occupancy for two bedroom: each additional person will be charged $10.00 per day. A maximum of four guests per day for each accommodation. It is the tenant's responsibility to notify security (346-2666) with the guest name and time of arrival. Only the number of persons specified in the confirmation will be permitted to use accommodations. Rates and taxes subject to change without notice.

Cancellations:
A 60-day cancellation prior to the date of arrival is required for a refund of deposit.

Deposits:
Apartment reservation confirmed only upon receipt of required reservation security deposit: Jan. 16 - Apr. 30 - $800 security deposit ($400 applied to prepaid rent), $400 will be refunded 30 days after departure, May 1 - Jan. 15 - $400 security deposit, refunded 30 days after departure (no prepaid rent)
No Refunds For Early Departure.

Rental Policy:
Check-In time is 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m.

Management reserves the right to assign a substitute unit if necessary. Any reservation changes must have office approval. No Pets Allowed

Payment:
Upon arrival, the remianing balance of the rent and tax is due. All rates are subject to applicable Florida Sales Tax. Payment can be made by cash, money order, personal check, Visa, MasterCard or traveler check in U.S. funds only.
