The following rules are in effect to make everyone’s
stay at Siesta Dunes as enjoyable as possible. Violation
of these rules will result in the forfeiture of your
deposit and possible eviction from the property.

Rates are based on four persons per unit; each additional
person will be charged $10.00 per day. Balance due
upon check-in. Please notify the rental office if
arriving between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Arrivals after
12:00 (Midnight) not permitted.
Vehicle entry to the Siesta Dunes property is through
a security gate. A remote for access through the gate
will be issued upon checking in. It is your responsibility
to return this to the office upon departure; a $50.00
charge will be made against your security deposit
if it is not returned.
Please notify Security at 346-2666 of all visitors
prior to their arrival so that proper vehicle permits
and ID bracelets (when necessary) can be prepared.
All visitors are to contact Security from the gate
to gain access by dialing #266. Security will issue
the proper parking tag for all guests. If Security
is not notified, entrance to the property will be
denied. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at
the owner’s expense.
If you have guests staying overnight please advise
the office so that proper charges can be made. While
on the property it is your responsibility to advise
guests of the rules and regulations. Tenants must
accompany guests at all times
CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE THERAPY POOL. The
pool is heated to 102 degrees. It is important that
children under 12 years of age, people with heart
conditions, high blood pressure and pregnant women
not use this facility.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Children are not permitted to play in the elevators.
The phones in the elevators are for emergency use
only.
Baby strollers must not be used in elevators and must
be stored in your assigned carport.
All walk ways in Buildings #1, #2 and #5 must be kept
clear. Chairs, toys and towels must be stored in the
unit or in the designated carport. Towels or bathing
suits should not be hung on railings.
Roller skates, skateboards and scooters are not allowed
on the property.
Running or playing in the walkways of buildings #1,
#2 and #5 is not allowed.
Trash must be placed in plastic bags and securely
tied and placed in the trash chute or the dumpster.
All units are supplied with a recycling bin; we strongly
recommend that all tenants recycle.
For the enjoyment of all guests, radio and stereo
volumes must be kept to a minimum. We strongly urge
the use of earphones at the pool and the deck.
Tenants or guests are not allowed pets on the premises.
Owners are allowed a household pet not over 35 lbs.
Pets must be walked in the designated pet areas and
not allowed to run on the property. Please clean
up after your pet!
Coin operated washers and dryers are located in the
laundry room of buildings #1, 2, and 5. These are
available between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
CAUTION: Florida water is soft; please limit the use
of detergent.
The tennis courts are for the enjoyment of everyone.
A schedule is posted at 3:00 PM daily on the bulletin
board; please sign your name and unit number. There
is a 45-minute limit per unit per day. Flat-soled
tennis shoes only are allowed, no street shoes or
bare feet.
Gas grills are located near the sun deck at the front
and at the rear of Building #1. Please make certain
that the grills are turned off when your cooking is
completed. Please clean the grill when you are done.
Individual gas or charcoal grills are not allowed
on the property.
Instructions on the use of the telephones are in each
unit. Long distance calls must be made by your credit
card, phone card or arrangements made with our long
distance carrier AFN.
Each unit has a covered parking spot assigned to it.
Uncovered spots are not assigned. All vehicles on
the property must have either an owner sticker or
a guest pass.
The lost and found is located in the recreation room.
Be sure all beach chairs and towels are returned to
your assigned unit.
The swimming pool is for the enjoyment of everyone.
All County ordinances must be obeyed; the rules are
posted at the pool. The pool is open from 9:00AM to
10:00 PM.
Children in diapers must wear a swim diaper in the
pool.
Pool and deck chairs cannot be reserved. Personal
belongings left on chairs for any length of time will
be removed by security.
Shoes should be worn on all wooden decks.
Access to the beach is via the boardwalks. Do not
enter the dune area.
The Recreation Room is for the use of both owners
and tenants. The room may be reserved for four hours
for private functions. There is a rental fee of $50.00
and a $35.00 cleaning fee which will be deducted from
your security deposit to cover the cleaning. Any damage
is the responsibility of the party reserving the room.
Boats, campers, trailers and motor homes are not allowed
on the premises.
Garage doors in Buildings #3 and #4 must remain closed
at all times.
Check out time is 10:00 AM. Check out time is strictly
enforced. Please return all keys and gate entry remotes
to the office. The unit must be left in a reasonable
condition; if excessive cleaning is required your
deposit will be charged accordingly. Late checkout
will result in an extra half-day charge.
We hope you enjoy your stay at Siesta Dunes. These
rules are made and enforced to ensure that all owners
and guests enjoy their visit.
