My husband and I stayed in Unit 1-306 for our anniversary and it was the perfect beach getaway. The condo is modern, fully-furnished, stocked with everything we needed and most important…clean!! The view from the lanai is beautiful and made for romantic nights and cozy mornings with coffee. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This is our second year in this condo and plan to come back and rent it dormant years to come. Well taken care of by the owner, great job by the staff for how clean it is. Feels like home the moment you walk in the door and love the scripture and positive sayings.

This was the third year we have stayed in this condo. We have signed up again for next year. The condo is well equipped in every way. We had plenty of coffee mugs and plates both small and large. The bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. Great view of the Gulf and the pool. Perfect lanai for early morning coffee. Appreciate the lanai ceiling fan.

Perfect location! Just steps away from the pool, private beach, grills, and the beautiful sunset. I went on many walks up and down the baby powder like sand. The attention to detail of the coastal decor is absolutely perfect in this condo. I can\'t wait to visit again!

We rented this unit for a week at the end of August. It was our first family trip and it was absolutely perfect! The decor was beautiful and made you feel like you were at the beach. It was super clean and had all the amenities of home. A bbq is conveniently located right outside on the ground level and the kitchen has everything you need. Laundry on site was a huge help with beach towels etc. Coffee on the lanai was a great way to start our day and the front closet had beach toys and floaties for the kids. We had an incredible week and will definitely be back next summer!

We originally decided to book for one week and then extended it to two weeks. Our family of four had a great time and we were able to relax ! We met wonderful people on site as well. That was a bonus. Our unit 6-202 was very clean. This unit has a washer and dryer included. This was very useful. We did not have to use the shared washer and dryer for other units and feed it coins and wait for our turn. The whole site is very safe. The beach is private and not as busy as the beach for the other resorts close by. This makes for a calmer stay. It\'s our third stay at Siesta Dunes and we will definitely return !

Absolutely loved this condo!! Everything was updated, clean, light and airy feel!! Had everything you could need/want in a kitchen (including appliances and utensils). Bedrooms and baths were spotless and had so much space. It also had beach chairs, coolers and some beach games. Excellent location to stairs and elevator. The whole resort was an amazing experience, staff were so friendly and helpful. Also, I loved the private beach and that tents/pop ups are not allowed along the ocean as many other resorts allow. This private beach was by far the nicest location. The chair/umbrella rentals were such a huge perk!! Can\'t wait to come back again!! Definitely would stay here!! Beautiful!!

We have stayed in this condo for the last four years. It is very comfortable & we always feel at home. We enjoy sitting out on the lanai. We have reported that a slat or two of the blind by the lanai is broken but nothing has been done. We reported this a couple years ago. One other thing is the dishwasher. We usually don’t use it because it takes forever for the cycle to finish. These are minor things & wouldn’t stop us from renting this condo again.

This condo is so cute and cozy. The perfect spot for our active family. There is a Pickleball/tennis court just steps from the front door which we LOVED. The pool is lovely and very close by as well as the beach! The beach is private and just a second from the condo which is perfect for a family with a lot of little kids! We will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed in this unit for several years now. Love the convenience of the ground floor and back patio to leave beach stuff. It is also convenient to the grill. We have 4 adults and 2 teenagers and have plenty of space. The Large dining table is great for puzzles on rainey days. I always end up having to buy plastic storage containers for left-over food so it would be nice to have some in the cabinets. Just wishing - but it would be nice if the big green chair was a loveseat so 6 can sit together for tv. We will be back❤️

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for the month of March. The unit is well equipped with everything you need. This unit provides everything you need to spend a day at the beach. Plenty of toys for kids, pool noodles, beach cart umbrellas, and beach towels- just bring your bathing suits. The staff are all very helpful with any requests we had. The unit is tastefully decorated, very quiet and a great location to access the pool, beach, pickleball/tennis courts and club house. There are free trolleys that run up and down Midnight Pass road that can take you into downtown Siesta Key to shop and enjoy the restaurants. We look forward to returning next year.

We stayed in this unit a couple weeks ago and totally loved it! It was the second time we have rented it. The location, the size, and the airiness of it was wonderful.... we especially liked the updates to the flooring and the bathrooms... kudos!

Everything about this unit was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay here with the ground floor walk out with an ocean view and prime access to the pool/gardens. The covered lanai was nice to have. Everything was super clean, well appointed, and updated. We had everything we needed for a truly relaxing stay and to feel at home. Greats beds. Beach gear and lounge chairs as well. Additionally, the complex itself has many other great qualities to make your stay enjoyable..too long to list here. Don\'t hesitate to stay here!

This condo unit is a beautifully furnished, well-appointed and totally comfortable \'home away from home\'. My sisters and I enjoyed two wonderful weeks at Siesta Dunes in #201. We\'ve had the privilege of staying at quite a few places at Siesta Key Beach over the years.....Siesta Dunes is our favorite. We watched the sun rise as we set out for early a.m. beach walks and the dolphin activity was more spectacular than we have ever seen. Literally hundreds of them this week. This unit with its view of the ocean from the covered patio right outside the sliding door is fantastic. December mornings are just enough cooler that beach walks are refreshing and returning to use the powerfully jetted hot tub and heated pool (practically just across the sidewalk from this unit) was something we looked forward to almost every day. While we did have a rental car, we could have taken the trolley or walked (trolley runs every 20 to 30 min. so you may have a slight wait) to almost everyplace we frequented. We will definitely return to have a French croissant and smoked salmon cre\'pe at the French cafe\' in the village! We thought we might frequent more places outside of the area but something about this condo/destination will keep you wanting to stay (probably for a few more weeks! :))

Our stay was incredible! The owner’s are fabulous and so responsive and helpful. The place is gorgeous, beautiful updates and perfect for what we needed for our family Christmas vacation! They had everything you could need. The complex was beautiful and secure, and we were so happy to have the heated pool and hot tub as well. We will definitely be back!

We love Siesta Key and have been vacationing there for years. Unit 5-104 is the best unit that we have ever rented. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The first floor location was perfect, being so close to the pool and able to see the gulf. The unit was very clean and seemed freshly painted. The kitchen had everything and more for cooking and bringing large meals out to the deck. In addition; an Ice maker and wine cooler for our drinks, fans in every room, beach chairs and toys, small day cooler, and plenty of seating in the kitchen and lanai. The owners also left fresh flowers and a little treat upon our arrival. I am grateful for the care the owners take in making sure this rental was at its best. I already booked this one for next year.

Well appointed first floor unit with amazing pool and beach views and access. The covered lanai is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy coffee and the peaceful sound of the waves. Highly recommended!

This first floor unit was very clean! We cooked our meals here and had all the items needed for meal prep. The tile throughout made it feel even cleaner. The showers are spacious and clean with great water pressure. The Living room TV is massive and great for game day. It’s a very close walk to the powdery sands beach and the patio was a great way to see the beautiful palms and beach view while having coffee or a glass of wine at night. Beach chairs and accessories were available for use. The bedrooms are separated and a nice distance for adult couples to enjoy this unit. It has a “feel right at home” atmosphere. You will not be disappointed in this unit.
