This condo is so cute and cozy. The perfect spot for our active family. There is a Pickleball/tennis court just steps from the front door which we LOVED. The pool is lovely and very close by as well as the beach! The beach is private and just a second from the condo which is perfect for a family with a lot of little kids! We will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed in this unit for several years now. Love the convenience of the ground floor and back patio to leave beach stuff. It is also convenient to the grill. We have 4 adults and 2 teenagers and have plenty of space. The Large dining table is great for puzzles on rainey days. I always end up having to buy plastic storage containers for left-over food so it would be nice to have some in the cabinets. Just wishing - but it would be nice if the big green chair was a loveseat so 6 can sit together for tv. We will be back❤️

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for the month of March. The unit is well equipped with everything you need. This unit provides everything you need to spend a day at the beach. Plenty of toys for kids, pool noodles, beach cart umbrellas, and beach towels- just bring your bathing suits. The staff are all very helpful with any requests we had. The unit is tastefully decorated, very quiet and a great location to access the pool, beach, pickleball/tennis courts and club house. There are free trolleys that run up and down Midnight Pass road that can take you into downtown Siesta Key to shop and enjoy the restaurants. We look forward to returning next year.

We stayed in this unit a couple weeks ago and totally loved it! It was the second time we have rented it. The location, the size, and the airiness of it was wonderful.... we especially liked the updates to the flooring and the bathrooms... kudos!

Everything about this unit was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay here with the ground floor walk out with an ocean view and prime access to the pool/gardens. The covered lanai was nice to have. Everything was super clean, well appointed, and updated. We had everything we needed for a truly relaxing stay and to feel at home. Greats beds. Beach gear and lounge chairs as well. Additionally, the complex itself has many other great qualities to make your stay enjoyable..too long to list here. Don\'t hesitate to stay here!

We\'ve had the privilege of staying at quite a few places at Siesta Key Beach over the years.....Siesta Dunes is our favorite. We watched the sun rise as we set out for early a.m. beach walks and the dolphin activity was more spectacular than we have ever seen. Literally hundreds of them this week. This unit with its view of the ocean from the covered patio right outside the sliding door is fantastic. December mornings are just enough cooler that beach walks are refreshing and returning to use the powerfully jetted hot tub and heated pool (practically just across the sidewalk from this unit) was something we looked forward to almost every day. While we did have a rental car, we could have taken the trolley or walked (trolley runs every 20 to 30 min. so you may have a slight wait) to almost everyplace we frequented. We will definitely return to have a French croissant and smoked salmon cre\'pe at the French cafe\' in the village! We thought we might frequent more places outside of the area but something about this condo/destination will keep you wanting to stay (probably for a few more weeks! :))

Our stay was incredible! The owner’s are fabulous and so responsive and helpful. The place is gorgeous, beautiful updates and perfect for what we needed for our family Christmas vacation! They had everything you could need. The complex was beautiful and secure, and we were so happy to have the heated pool and hot tub as well. We will definitely be back!

We love Siesta Key and have been vacationing there for years. Unit 5-104 is the best unit that we have ever rented. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The first floor location was perfect, being so close to the pool and able to see the gulf. The unit was very clean and seemed freshly painted. The kitchen had everything and more for cooking and bringing large meals out to the deck. In addition; an Ice maker and wine cooler for our drinks, fans in every room, beach chairs and toys, small day cooler, and plenty of seating in the kitchen and lanai. The owners also left fresh flowers and a little treat upon our arrival. I am grateful for the care the owners take in making sure this rental was at its best. I already booked this one for next year.

This first floor unit was very clean! We cooked our meals here and had all the items needed for meal prep. The tile throughout made it feel even cleaner. The showers are spacious and clean with great water pressure. The Living room TV is massive and great for game day. It’s a very close walk to the powdery sands beach and the patio was a great way to see the beautiful palms and beach view while having coffee or a glass of wine at night. Beach chairs and accessories were available for use. The bedrooms are separated and a nice distance for adult couples to enjoy this unit. It has a “feel right at home” atmosphere. You will not be disappointed in this unit.

My husband and I had a great stay at this beachside paradise! The proximity to the pool and grilling areas was a definite highlight, as well as the prime location right on Siesta Key Beach (a dream come true for any beach lover to wake up and head for a walk on the beach right from your front door). And nothing beats a Florida sunset! The beds were really comfortable (so nice after fun in the sun all day). Also lots of attention to detail with the in-unit amenities provided. The coastal decor was a charming touch! Great location, poolside convenience, beach access, grilling areas, and comfortable accommodations made this a perfect getaway spot in Siesta Key -- we can\'t wait to visit again!

The view from the master bedroom in the morning was incredible. Then to sit under the covered patio and have my morning tea, no better way to start your morning. The condo is an open plan and so inviting. We hardly left the condo - spent the days at the pool or beach. Loved that the lounge chairs were provided. My favorite part was sitting on the large deck watching sunset.

We have stayed in this condo several times and enjoyed our visit each time. It is always clean when we arrive and everything is in working order. The beds are always comfortable and the washer and dryer in the unit makes it easier to travel with less luggage. It’s just a short walk to the pool and then on to the beach. I like that it is in front of the buildings that face the pool so it is close but you don’t hear the noise from the pool if you want to sit out on the great lanai. Once you spend some time in this condo it will quickly become your go to place in Siesta Key

My wife and I have been staying at Siesta Dunes Condominium in Sarasota, Florida, since the late 1970s. Previously, we had stayed in two units. The first was sold when the owners left the country. The second was taken off the market by the owner, who still maintains his residence on the property. So we asked management to find another unit. Welcome to 8-205, owned by Bill and Florence Carter of Northern Ireland. As a long-time traveler, I do a lot of research on hotels, restaurants and attractions while planning our vacation trips. I have reviewed Siesta Dunes\' excellent website and if there is a finer unit in the 100-unit complex, I am not aware of it. No exaggeration. And I\'m not paid to say it. The Carters\' unit already was a class act but this year they installed a new washer/dryer, a new dishwasher, new carpets and a new air conditioning system. No other unit is furnished so completely and elegantly, like a home away from home. Love the glassed-in porch for reading and relaxing. A large kitchen with table and two chairs and a heavy-duty refrigerator with a freezer that conveniently holds my eight quarts of Kilwin\'s ice cream. A separate dining room. A comfortable living room with a 42-inch flat screen TV. Two bathrooms, one with a shower/tub and the other with a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms, one with a Queen-sized bed and the master bedroom with a King-sized bed. Two walk-in closets. Three TVs. More cooking ware and dishes and glassware and silverware than you\'ll find at Williams Sonoma. And a covered parking space for our car. It doesn\'t get any better than that! I stayed at the unit in late April and the weather was amazing - sunshine and perfect temperatures each day. It was great to enjoy a nice cup of coffee each morning on the patio, which has a nice view of the grounds and the ocean. The covered patio was wonderful for relaxing, reading and a great space to stay out of the direct sun. When I did want to go out to the ocean, it wasn’t difficult to find a beach chair and sit right by the ocean. The unit had an nice beach umbrella, which was easy to use. The sand is white and doesn’t get scorching hot, one of the best beaches I can recall. I loved taking long walks on the beach in the morning. For those who prefer swimming in a pool, it is conveniently located not far from the unit. The temperature was great and I enjoyed floating in it, but I prefer the beach. The unit easily accommodates two couples as we each had our own bedroom/ bathroom. The living room and dining room had adequate space for all of us. We enjoyed watching a movie on the comfy couch and the dining table was perfect for meals and playing games. The kitchen is laid out well and nicely stocked with all the utensils needed, much nicer than my kitchen at home! I loved the Keurig coffee maker which had an iced coffee feature. It’s great to have iced coffee when it’s hot! Enjoyed most of our food creations in the kitchen, but ventured out for two meals. For dinner we walked to Daiquiri Deck which has good food and drinks and is not overly priced. After dinner we headed downstairs and realized we could play pool and corn hole, while enjoying live music. It’s a fun place and they have great view of the water. Also recommend the Toasted Mango Café for breakfast, they had some very creative and tasty breakfast options. Overall, it was a great stay and look forward to returning next winter when Michigan is dark and cold.

This unit was just placed in the rental program May 2023. This unit is one of the most desirable units in all of Siesta Dunes because of the following. 1) location, OCEAN VIEW from all rooms except bathrooms and 2nd bedroom. 2)ON GROUND FLOOR overlooking \"the courtyard\", direct walkout to pool and beach 1 of only 2 condos with a covered porch with ocean views. 2) Condition, remodeled including granite counters in the kitchen and baths 3) Not your typical rental. This one has a well equipped kitchen, 3 tv\'s, and pool/beach toys. You won\'t be disappointed!

My only complaint is that the third bedroom was a loft. Open to the living area. No privacy. And a spiral staircase to access the loft. There are 20 steps up to the front door. But I would rent this one again. It has the closet beach access. And a garage with beach chairs and beach toys and a couple of umbrellas. The condo furnishes 6 beach towels, lots of kitchen utensils. There is a washer/dryer.
